軟骨無形成症治療薬（RBM-007）の第Ⅰ相臨床試験における最後の被験者への投与完了のお知らせ
昨年7月に開始した軟骨無形成症を対象疾患とする、RBM-007の第Ⅰ相臨床試験において、最後の被験者への投与が完了しましたので、お知らせいたします。
試験成績については、その内容を詳細に解析した後に、あらためてお知らせする予定です。
RBM-007について
線維芽細胞増殖因子2（FGF2）の機能を阻害するアプタマーで、軟骨無形成症の発症機序に直接作用する根本的な治療法になることが期待されています。

Notification of completion of administration of achondroplasia drug (RBM-007) to the last subject in a phase I clinical trial
TOKYO, May 12, 2021 – RIBOMIC Inc., we are pleased to announce that the phase I clinical trial of RBM-007, which is started in last July, has been completed.
We will inform the test results after analyzing the contents in detail.
About RBM-007
Aptamer inhibits the function of fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2), and is expected to be a radical treatment that directly affects the mechanism of development of achondroplasty.
