Q:治験に関する一般募集は、厚労省等のHPから、いつのタイミングで募集されるのでしょうか？
A:一般的な治験のリクルート方法（日本の事例）
そもそも、新薬開発の臨床試験に参加する患者を一般募集することは、義務ではありません。
適時適切に臨床試験の情報にアクセスし、その試験に参加するには、予め、治験に関与する医師等にアプローチしておく必要があります。
ただし、参加候補者の集まりが悪い等の特別な理由がある場合に限り、一般募集が行わるようです。

日本ではUMINという治験検索サイトがあります。どの治験も、このサイトへの登録が法律で義務化されてはいないため、登録されていない治験情報も存在することが想定されます。

Q:What is typical recruiting way in Japanese clinical trial?
To begin with, it is not duty for public patient to enroll clinical trials. If you get clinical trial being and participate in a timely and appropriately manner, in advance, it is need to negotiate doctors who is familiar with the trial.
But exceptionally, if the candidates don’t gather enough to start the trial, it seems to recruit for public participants.

We have the searching tool named UMIN in Japan. As it is not duty to register this site, it seems that lots of no register trials exit.
