日本初の拡大治験　/　1st case of Japanese CU Going Forward

日本版コンパショネート・ユースとしてスタートした人道的見地から実施される治験（拡大治験）のスキームは、人命とベネフィットに重きを置かれ、未承認薬の入手に関わる公的スキームとして、2016年の1月に施行されました。その後第1号が、下記のとおり、掲載されています。

実施については、あくまでも主たる治験の実施に影響を及ぼさないことを前提とすること、法的義務ではなく、その実施の可否は、当該治験薬を提供する者等が決定するものであること

Japanese Compassionate Use has just started in this January. According to the scheme, they must to be valued patients’ life and benefits and to be bring unapproved medicine. Now the first case posted at PMDA website that is an extra government organization of Japanese ministry.
