バイオマリンは、米国政府臨床試験サイトで第4及び5群の投与量を発表していました。
第4群：30μg/kg
第5群：up to 60μg/kg
ノーマルな子どもと同じ成長を記録した第3群15μg/kgと比して、第5群は実に最大で4倍。
多すぎないかと、素人目線に感じるのですが、安全が十分に確認されていることの現れなのでしょう。
尚、フェーズ2の終了は、2019年の1月とのことです。
フェーズ3の開始は、2016年の早期とのことでしたので、その間は、並行して行うのでしょうね。
我々が手に入れられるのは、5年以上先（もっとですね）ですが、着実に新薬の開発が進んでいる今この時期に、我が子が生を受けたことに感謝します。
Biomarin have announced the dose of Cohort 4 and 5. You can see this information in the URL(clinicaltrial.gov). The new dose is below.
Cohort 4 :30μg/kg
Cohort 5:60μg/kg
Dose of Cohort 5 is 4 times as it of Cohort 3 that is 15μg/kg as same as ordinary children growth.
I think it is too much, it is safety much more enough.
Estimated Study Completion Date is January 2019.
Phase 3 will probably start in the first trimester of 2016, so it will be proceeded in parallel during the times.
Althoug it is more than 5 years later that we can get them, I really appriciate my son have been born in this time that new medcine is developing.
