滲出液を除去する鼻風船オトベントの存在を知ったのは実に3年前のことでした。

当時の息子は、度重なる滲出性中耳炎に悩み、言語の発達が遅れたものでした。
あれから3年が経過し、我が子は苦しみながらも何とかこの鼻風船をものにしたのです。
また一つ壁を超えるができました。

プロセス１：
使用前に鼻をよくかんでください。（鼻水が出ているときは使用しないほうが良い）
プロセス２：
片鼻を指で塞ぎ、逆側の鼻にノーズピースをしっかりとあてて、鼻から声を出すように、オトベントをゆっくりと2秒かけてふくらませる。
プロセス３：
ふくらんだら2秒間止める。
映像では、練習のために両鼻での実践を投影していますが、両鼻は奥でつながっているので、どちらか片方の鼻でふくらませれば大丈夫です。
-Process 1:
Please blow your nose well before use. (It is better not to use it when a runny nose comes out) -Process 2:
Close a nostril with your finger, apply the nosepiece firmly to the nose on the other side, and inflate the ooto slowly over 2 seconds as if the voice is coming from the nose.
-Process 3:
Keep it for 2 seconds after you puff. In the image, we demenstrated both noses for practice, but since both noses are connected in the back, it is okay to inflate with either one’s nose.
